Dear student,
Before starting our lessons, please read carefully the following terms to ensure a transparent and enjoyable learning experience for both of us:
- Payment
- All lessons and packages must be paid in advance.

An invoice will be issued upon request with your full name and ID or passport number for legal purposes.
- Access to Materials
- All lesson materials, homework, and summaries will be stored in a shared Google Drive folder. You’ll have full access to view, download, and edit your personal folder.
- Online Platform
- Classes take place via Google Meet using a recurring link. If you prefer another platform, please let me know in advance.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- If not, the class will be charged as completed. Exceptions may apply only in cases of force majeure.
- Lesson Packages & Expiration
- Lesson packages are valid for three (3) months from the date of your first class. After that period, unused lessons expire automatically and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Reimbursement Policy
- Please note that payments and packages are non-refundable, as your booking reserves a time slot in my teaching calendar.
- You may, however, reschedule lessons within the validity period of your package.
By confirming your first lesson or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms.
