🇪🇸 In Spain, they say “¡De categoría!” — in Venezuela, we say “¡De pinga!” 🇻🇪 but with me, you’ll sound great saying both 😜

¿Dos reels en una misma semana? 😱 ¡Pues sí! 🙌🏼

We've been productive this week and working go new ideas! 💡
So, today, you're receiving a new reel with use differences between preposition POR and PARA 🤔 I know, I know... These two are quite tricky, but if you keep on practising the context of use for each one, you'll learn the differences in no time 😉

What important uses did I miss? Write them down in the comments! ✍🏼
What other grammatical aspects of Spanish would you like me to explain next? 👍🏼

Don't be shy, leave a comment or send a friendly DM, neither Rocky nor I will bite! 🐕

Had you heard any of these before? Do you have a favourite one?
I'd love to read your thoughts about it, so don't forget to comment and share!

How was your weekend? I hope you had plenty of fun and rest 😉
I'm bringing you some inspo for your Spanish learning goals. How do you like this lovely schedule? Remember, the most important thing is to be in intentional context with Spanish every day, doesn't matter the activity or the length (but don't push it, do 15mins every day at least!).

Leave your thought below, can't wait to read about them! 🥰🌻

¡Feliz lunes de superluna! 🎑

I'm keeping my word this week and also finally bringing you a video, in which I speak to you directly. Are you excited? 😄
I very much hope you enjoy it and like the expressions I've picked this time, of course, there's more to add.
How many of these expressions were known to you before? In what contexts would you use them?

I can't wait to read your comments about it!

¡Feliz miércoles! 🤗

So sorry for being slightly absent lately, but don't dispair!
I'm bringing you double the amount of weekly content this time, to make up for abandoning you! ✌🏼💜🧡🩵💚

Ser or Estar? That was indeed the question! 💀
We had unfinished business that we will be putting to rest today. How about you leave a comment with a couple examples comparing Ser and Estar uses you've learned with both reels?

I'll be looking forward to reading your comments! 🤗

¡Hasta pronto! 👋🏼#lobolinguistas #laprofelobo #aprendeespañol #verboestar #seroestar

What My Students Say

I worked with Clarisa for four years together. She was recommended to me by a friend, when I’d just moved to the country and was looking to improve my Spanish. She’s great, because she loves her job, is very patient and supportive throughout the whole process. To me it’s important to have a good student-teacher connection and I feel I had that with her, we even became friends. In those four years we had lessons between three to two times a week, depending on the season. I definitely recommend you working with Clarisa.

Andreas
Life Coach

Clarisa has a more personalised, interactive, dynamic and interesting hands-on learning style than other courses I’ve tried before.

Layal
Executive Assistant

Effective and personalized teaching style. I like Clarisa’s approach since the lessons are tailored to my immediate needs as a student, and the pace is adjusted as necessary. While I am still very much a beginner, I get ecstatic whenever I’m able to use what I’ve learned so far in my daily life.

Daniel
Business Manager

Clarisa helped me find the magic and fun in learning a new language! She was a great at adapting lessons to the personal needs and interests of her students. I used to be really intimidated to speak in Spanish, but her lessons built my confidence and I found myself enjoying them more and more. She makes sure that everyone has a chance to speak, understands when something is not clicking, checks in with specific and helpful suggestions. You can tell that she is an experienced teacher with students who are engaged and loyal. The tools she uses to facilitate lessons are effective.

Katlin

Clarisa tailored her class to my needs, which at the time were to specifically to feel more prepared for my interview that would be held in Spanish. I was very nervous and she gave me actionable advice to help me overcome this, including meditation activities. ¡Gracias por darme la confianza para superar!

An Amazing Way to Learn Spanish!

She always made group classes relevant to the lives and interests of specific students, designing lesson plans tailored to us. One class we had was on the Spanish government and how it functions in autonomous communities vs federally, because it was something I was very curious about.

I had so much fun and learned so much through lessons with Clarisa!

Billie
Writer and Teacher

Clarisa always tries to make the lessons diverting, using different tools (texts, videos, games etc.) and keep repeating patiently the same things over and over until they stick in my head, which I highly appreciate! Thanks for helping me on my journey to mastering the Spanish language as an expat!

Rosalia
Content Analyst

Clarisa has a personalised approach to teaching language along with impressive linguistics knowledge and fluency in English. She is responsive, helpful and patient and always focuses on student needs. She has an incredible ability to research quickly and multi-skill to produce visual or aural stimuli or teaching tools relevant to any topic being discussed. I appreciated that Clarisa reviewed concepts and further developed (grammar and) conversational skills using a great range of teaching tools and with good humour. Poco a poco estoy mejorando!
